About East Grand Rapids Painters

Why Just East Grand Rapids

A lot of painting companies cover the whole metro area, which sounds like a benefit until you notice what it costs: crews that do not know which streets have an HOA color approval process, which older homes have lead paint under the surface coat, and which neighborhoods expect a certain look on a front door.

We cover East Grand Rapids and the handful of communities touching it: Cascade, Ada, Forest Hills and Eastown. That is a small enough area to actually know.

How We Approach a Job

• Prep before paint, always. Scraping, sanding, caulking, priming and repair happen before a finish coat, not alongside it.
• A written price up front. Based on a walk-through, not a phone guess.
• Lead-safe practice on older homes as standard. Most homes near Reeds Lake predate 1978, and we treat that as the baseline, not a surprise line item.
• Protect what we are not painting. Floors, landscaping and furniture covered before work starts.
• Say when something does not need doing. Including when a surface just needs a clean and a touch-up, not a full repaint.
