When you call or text (616) 901-4587, or send the estimate request form, we receive your name, phone number, an email address if you provide one, your property address, and whatever you tell us about the job. We ask for what we need to quote and schedule the work, and nothing beyond it.
Each form submission logs the page it came from and the originating IP address, which is how automated spam gets filtered out. Our visitor analytics runs on our own server, sets no cookies, and identifies nobody: visits are counted using a salted hash of IP, browser and date that rotates daily and cannot be reversed. Browsers sending a Do Not Track signal are not counted at all.
To answer your question, quote and schedule the work, follow up on a job, send invoices and receipts, and reply to your messages. We do not sell your information or use it to build advertising profiles.
The crew assigned to your job. Beyond that, only the vendors who make the service function: phone and messaging providers, mobile carriers, email and hosting providers, and payment processors. Each may use it only to provide that service.
We may also disclose information where legally required, or where necessary to protect rights, property or someone's safety.
East Grand Rapids Painters may send text messages about scheduling, arrival windows, quotes and follow-up on work you asked us about, and may receive service messages such as invoices and verification codes from providers we use.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the platform providers, carriers and vendors who actually deliver the messages is necessary and permitted, but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing.

We keep customer and job records as long as needed to service the property and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. If you want yours removed sooner, ask.

The site runs over HTTPS and submissions are stored on servers we control with restricted access. No system is flawless, but we hold no card numbers and no government identification numbers.
