A new look for your kitchen or bathroom cabinets, at a fraction of what replacement costs.
New cabinets mean new boxes, new installation, and usually a kitchen out of commission for weeks. Refinishing keeps your existing layout and cabinet boxes, which are often solid wood and better built than what you'd get new at the same price point, and changes only what you actually wanted changed: the color and finish.
A full kitchen typically takes four to six working days: removal, prep, priming, two finish coats with dry time between, and reinstall. Your kitchen is usable for light use throughout, though the cabinets themselves are off-limits until the finish cures.
Doors and drawer fronts are sprayed for a smooth, factory-level finish. Face frames that can't be removed are hand-finished to match as closely as possible.
Wood and most painted laminate, yes, with the right primer. Thermofoil depends on its condition and we'll tell you honestly if it's not a good candidate.
Light use throughout the job. Full use of the cabinets themselves once the finish has fully cured, typically a few days after the last coat.
Usually significantly cheaper, since you're keeping the existing boxes and changing only the finish.
